Random Thoughts 2-3-05

Several thoughts... none of which really fit together.

I have a lot to do today so I am avoiding that, quite successfully I must add.

The new coffee shop in Wentzville is awesome. Great coffee, good breakfast sandwiches, and free wi-fi! Who could ask for more. Well....the chairs could be more cozy. Oh well, a little at a time. We have a coffee shop!!!

My dog is hilarious. He loves to lay in the sun or right next to the fireplace. So today he is doing both. There is a little patch of sunshine coming through the window which happens to land right in front of our fireplace. He always falls fast asleep there and looks so peaceful.
I was going to take Jackson on a bike ride today, its beautiful outside, but he ripped a toenail pretty good and its causing a lot of pain. Poor dog. He has had it surgically removed once, I am praying that it heals on its own this time.

David is doing better. He is having less pain, which is nothing but blessings and miracles. His electrolytes are still all screwy. They have modified some more of his medications in hopes to get those back to normal.

My mom and I are finally catching up on sleep and house work. Just a little a time! It is going to be in the mid 50s later this week so the outside Christmas decorations will come down. About the inside ones.... hum. Maybe by Valentine's Day.

I have been back at the YMCA this week. I am enjoying my workouts, cool thing! I've been there 3 times already, I am trying to make that a rule rather than and exception. I feel better and sleep better when I have been working out, not to mention being able to wear my old comfy jeans!
