We have been on staff retreat for over 24 hours now... Good times of rest and play. I love the condo, it is a place that demands rest. How cool is that? I am excited to see how God is going to use this week of being away to bring the 6 of us closer and provided much needed time away.
I hurt my knee Saturday. It still hurts, hopefully it gets better soon. I have been using the RICE treatment for sprains, but still not much relief. Avoiding the 88.6 million stairs has not been easy so far, the dock is calling my name!
