About 4 years ago, I asked God to break my heart with the things that broke HIS heart. My out-look on things has changed since then and even though I know I don't have tons of compassion and mercy, I have more now. God has really used thing in my life to show me the tender heart He has created in me. I have seen how my own experiences, though painful at times, have allowed me more compassion for others.
Today I am saddened by the news that they have recovered the body of Carlie Brucia. I cannot begin to imagine teh pain and grief that her family is feeling and it makes me hurt. I wish there was something I could do to help them but then God reminded me I CAN do something, I can remember, HE will.
