More on being home...

I have been away from home for a week and coming home is always a challenge. The most difficult thing I have to do in life is be "Jesus with skin on" to my family and the past three days have be a true test of that. My aunt Linda and Grandma are here from Chicago, Grandma has been here since the first week of December. She is a very difficult person to deal with. She is mentally ill and physically ill. All she wants to do is sleep, complain, and be waited on. She is negative about life and never smiles or says anything nice. I want to believe that I have been doing my best to tolerate her. She is a perfect example of what I don't want to be. Grandma has been living with Aunt Linda for 6 months now and Linda is tired of caring for her. So since I have been back from my trip to Michigan, I have heard nothing but arguing between Grandma, Aunt Linda and my mom. I have been doing a lot of deep breathing and counting to ten under my breath!

It will be good to have my home back when they go back to Chicago this week and I can't wait until the cat leaves so my dog will sleep at night and my lungs will settle down!
