Halloween

Have you ever wished that you were about 7 again? I think that happens to me about once a year, Halloween. I mean does it get better than this? You dress up in a cool costume and then you go to your neighbors and family's houses and ringing the bell and they give you candy. Its that simple.

AND then you get old, like me, and just can't wait to see the kids in their SO CUTE costumes when they come to the door. We live in the middle of new construction so we have about 6 neighbors and most of the kiddos are pretty small. We had one pink and purple unicorn come to the door, I wish I would have given her all the candy. I guess that would have been a poor way to make friends with her parents. Oh well, I am sure I can find something to do with the leftovers!

I went to a local church with Brighton, Tom, Brandi, Josh and his mom Holly. We had a good time. Lots of kids running around. Makes me appreciate how much work being a parent is going to be someday. (hopefully)

Enjoy the pictures, they make me smile!

This is the first clown that Brighton ever walked up to.
